Tickets marked 'Order' can be purchased online for the price listed. Attempting to purchase tickets marked 'Booking', will result in an inquiry to the Organizer's Office, where we will submit a ticket request. This means that one of our Sales Agent will try to secure a seat for you at the seminar you requested and we will contact you with regards to your booking status. Until we confirm with you, your booking a ticket does not guarantee that you will get your seminar ticket/seat.

* Q4) Where will I receive my seminar tickets from?

6221.net has exclusive agreements with the organisers and venues, so we will obtain all of the seminar tickets/seats direct from the organisers and venues at the same price.

* Q5) Can I change the attendee(s) name(s)?

Yes you can. Use our shopping tools (at the lower end of this page), and click the 'Update Attendee(s) Data' icon. The valid attendee(s) name(s) is(are) the name(s) that we last received 2 days before the day of your selected seminar.

After you order through 6221.net, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with regards to your order from 6221.net.

You can find and purchase seminars tickets/seats on 6221.net 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

* Q8) The event for which I purchased seminar tickets has been cancelled or postponed. How do I get a refund?

Occasionally, seminars are cancelled by the organisers or venue for which 6221.net has sold tickets. When this occurs, we will make every effort to ensure all customers receive a prompt refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or organiser may set refund limitations. You can listen to local media as they will often broadcast information regarding moved or postponed seminars.
